Who the Hell is John Graves?
John Graves was born and raised in Grovers Corners, New Hampshire. He grew up on a working farm, and when he wasn’t riding horses and roping cattle, he loved reading musty, old paperbacks from his grandfather’s library. This was surely where his love of literature was born.
John dropped out of college in the 1990’s to pursue a career as a professional wrestler. After working on the independent scene and traveling all over the world, his wrestling career came to an end due to a devastating solar plexus injury. Looking for a new outlet for his creativity and needing to make some money, John spent a few years in Nashville trying to break into the country music industry, but he wasn’t very good and eventually they ran him out of town on a rail.
Finally, after hitting rock bottom and spending a night in a jail in Starkville, Mississippi, John Graves decided to get right with Jesus, get back on the horse, and try his hand as a writer/podcaster.
He lives in a wigwam on his half-brother’s dairy farm. In Amissville, Virginia, he’s known as Mr. Literary Outlaw.
